Finally, we come to the bathroom, the fittings of which can be viewed in one of two ways. The three piece bathroom suite in deep burgundy is either a faithful homage to the 1970s or an abomination against the laws of God and man. It all depends on your taste. Stepping out through the back door brings us into a narrow strip of yard that runs around the rear of the kitchen and bathroom, providing somewhere to keep the wheelie bins off the road. A gate to one side allows us into the road itself.

Moving upstairs on our left is the first of the bedrooms. Overlooking the rear of the home this features another of the wall mounted gas heaters. Above the stair well is a boxed in section while above this, a hatchway gives access to the loft cavity.

Adjacent to here and overlooking the front lawns, is the principal bedroom. Mirroring the dimensions of the lounge beneath it, this is a large room albeit one showing signs of the remedial work needed to restore this home to its former glories, as damp is evident in one corner which would necessitate some re-plastering. This is somewhat typical of the home in general; although fundamentally sound, in order to become somewhere you would be keen to live will require a little effort, but this is something it will reward in spades.
